I did this on lined journal paper... yes, I know--I was a bad girl and did the thing no one should do. I got paid for it in the end... it was a mission to take them out in photoshop. >_<; Thank you clone tool. This will soon be moved into my scraps, but I thought it might be fun to post up anyway.

Yeah, I guess this makes me a perv. ;P
Or just very bored. :D

Your facility with lines and shading is astounding. And ... MY GOD, he is gorgeous. *envy*

In my experience, lined paper always seems to yield the best sketches, whereas most of my nice expensive sketchbooks are filled with utter garbage. I wonder if it's because in the former case the inspiration tends to strike spontaneously (when you should be taking notes on a lecture or something, heh) ... whereas with a sketchbook you're agonising over it, clawing your head in torment and thinking, "Okay, this had better be good. C'mon, draw something good! Arrrgh!"

By the way, I found your page through the forum on Zarathustra, oddly enough.
